דירת ארבעה חדרים רחבה, חזיתית הפונה לכיוון מערב.
פנטהאוז מרשים בקומה החמישית על גבי מפלס אחד אשר יכלול מרפסת שמש גדולה הפונה לכיוון מערב ואופציה להוספת בריכת שחיה על הגג.

שלושת הדירות החדשות בפרויקט מתאפיינות בתקרות גובהות וכוללות חניה, מעלית פרטית המגיעה ישירות לקומה ומפרט טכני מושקע ביותר.

רחוב מלצ'ט נקרא על שמו של הפוליטיקאי ואיש העסקים הבריטי, אלפרד מוריץ מונד, הברון (לורד) מלצ'ט (1868 – 1930).
הרחוב ממוקם במרכז העיר תל אביב אשר תחילתו בפינת שדרות בן ציון ובסמוך לתאטרון הלאומי “הבימה” ומסתיים בכיכר המלך אלברט המחבר את רחובות מלצ’ט, נחמני ומונטפיורי. סביבת הנכס הינה סביבת מגורים ותיקה וזהו אחד הרחובות הנחשבים והיוקרתיים ביותר בעיר.
הרחוב , אשר מהווה את הטבור של העיר תל אביב כולל בנייה רוויה של בניינים בעלי 3-4 קומות מעל הקרקע והינו מקביל לשדרות רוטשילד התוסס. הרחוב מתאפיין בשקט השורר אותו, כמו כן בבנייניו היוקרתיים והמתחדשים לאורך השנים. מרכזי קניות, שלל חנויות בוטיק, בתי קפה ומסעדות מהמוכרים והמפורסמים שיש לעיר להציע נמצאים במרחקי הליכה קצרים.

Melchett 68 is a’ Tama 38/1’ project led by Metro, during which the existing building undergoes a total renovation to become a particularly prestigious boutique building in one of Tel Aviv's most desired neighborhoods.

2 new floors will be added on top of the existing building making it 5 floors in total. Among those, 2 new spacious apartments and a luxury penthouse on the top floor will be added.

The project is located in the northern part of the street within a walking distance to Israel’s national theatre and the buzzing Rothchild Blvd.

Melchett Street is named after British politician and businessman Alfred Moritz Mond, Baron (Lord) Melchett (1868 - 1930)
Melchett is located in central Tel Aviv. It begins at the corner of Ben-Zion Boulevard nearby Habima National Theater, and ends at King Albert Square, connecting the streets of Melchett, Nahmani, and Montefiore. The building is located within a known residential environment and it is one of the most considered and desired streets to live in the city of Tel Aviv.
The street, which represents the hub of the city, includes a saturated construction of 3-4 floor buildings and is parallel to the vibrant Rothschild Boulevard. Among others, the street is characterized by its calm, as well as its luxurious and revitalized buildings over the years, boutique shops and famous cafes and restaurants are within a short walking distance.
