Dizengoff 240, which was originally built by the Wexler family in the early 1930s, is currently undergoing a process of urban renewal as part of the national program ‘tama 38/1’.
The building, which faces west, is located in the northern part of Dizengoff Street and offers nearby the prestigious Basel complex. It is moreover located only a few minutes’ walks from the beach, Tel Aviv port, and the buzzing city center with its famous bars and restaurants.
